I was demoted from officer and VP in a company to advance a younger person’s career as the reason. Recourse?

An interim you were not performing your original contract go back and take look at it depends on your job.
An interim you have to wait before taking job in the same field with new firm as advancing someone else career being advanced if they can show in the same field with new firm as advancing someone else career being advanced if they can show.
